The characters are all so one-dimensional. Plus, the whole reason for the engineered conflict was so stupid.

If you like legends of northern blade and reaper of drifting Moon then this is for you

This author is horrible at world building, character building, and anything building.

The author is incredibly skilled at writing the most annoying plots, characters, decisions, and cliche deaths.

Main character's friends and loved ones regularly die just because the author wants some reason to progress the plot "to the next level"

But every other fight someone's honor and promise prevents enemies from dying and a few chapters later that always negatively affects the story.

The main character is forced over and over to make the most aggressively stupid decisions so often. 

The fights are sometimes good but more often than not, like the world building its skipped and you have to mentally put the pieces together because the author was too lazy to write about it.
